Bar:
A BABA team will run the bar. open 6 ‘til 11 each evening.

Entertainment:
Friday & Sunday evenings will be informal happenings in the marquee.
Have a chat and a pint, meet old and new friends.
On Friday Evening there will also be a Digital Slide Show on offer in the

Forge Gallery.
It will be a chance to show images of your finished work on a digital display board and give a brief

They will be shown at random in the forge between 8 and 9 Friday evening.

Saturday:
Ceilidh Band Saturday Evening Bash, (funded by BABA in Scotland), 8 till 11 Saturday evening
The Jiggers Ceilidh Band will be providing the music.


The BABA AGM:
The AGM will be held in the forge straight after breakfast on Saturday morning.
A Team Forging Competition:
Theme - Working Together.
Teams of Two (or more):
Names in the hat (either the Professional or the Beginner hat).
A draw takes place Friday evening (to allow for some forward planning and team building.
Each team is given the same selection of materials. (Say 16 round, 20 square & 40 x 8 Flat)
There is also a stock of found objects of various media. Each team also selects an item from the found
object pile.
Brief: Design and make an item both functional & interesting using all four items.
Time Allowed: Free design time plus three hours at the fire.
Judging: 16.00 on Sunday.

A Table Top Exhibition:
On The Page:
A finished piece of work designed and made prior to arrival.
Criteria: The work must have a maximum A4 footprint. It must be able to stand alone.
Our Gallery:
• There is a small gallery space, which could be used to display member’s portfolios.
• Equally it would be a suitable and clean space for BABA Books to set up shop.
• There is adequate space elsewhere to create a larger exhibition area, if we are overwhelmed
with entries for the “On The Page” Competition.
The Tug o War:
To take place in the camping field at around about five o’clock Saturday evening.
North versus South... Winner buys the Beer.
